How information is handled when you visit the website or contact the practice.
Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Dune Strategy handles information collected through www.dunestrategy.org and through inquiries sent using its contact details. For questions about this policy or your information, contact business@dunestrategy.com.
Dune Strategy’s published address is Techno Hub 2, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE. A separate agreement may govern information provided during a client engagement.
Information you provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Your title, organization and telephone number are optional. If you contact us by email or telephone, we receive the details you choose to share.
Please limit an initial inquiry to the information needed to explain the business situation. Do not include sensitive personal records, financial account details or documents you are not authorized to share.
How the information is used
We use inquiry information to review your request, assess whether the work fits our practice, communicate with you and discuss a potential engagement. We may also use relevant records to administer our business, protect our services and meet legal obligations.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before an agreement, our legitimate interests in responding to inquiries and operating the practice, or a legal obligation.
Website hosting and message delivery
The website is hosted using Vercel. The hosting service may process technical information such as an IP address, request details and error logs to deliver and protect the website. Contact inquiries are handled by the website server and delivered through Resend to the mailbox designated by Dune Strategy.
These service providers process information needed to provide hosting, security and message delivery. Data may be processed in countries other than the country where you are located. Applicable provider terms and safeguards govern those services. We do not sell inquiry information.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics tags or optional tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from the website. The interface does not store a marketing profile or cookie-consent preference in your browser.
Technical hosting or security systems may process request information needed to serve and protect the site. Links to an email or telephone application open the service you choose, whose own privacy terms apply. A consent banner is not used because the website does not load optional tracking.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry records while needed to respond, follow up on the matter, administer a related business relationship or meet applicable legal requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the request and any resulting engagement.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. Internet transmission and email cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Please agree on an appropriate channel before sending sensitive materials.
Your requests and choices
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal information, to object to processing or to receive a copy of certain information. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent.
Send a request to business@dunestrategy.com and describe the information or matter concerned. We may need to verify identity before acting. Some records may need to be retained because of legal obligations or to establish or defend legal claims. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority.
Links and policy changes
An external link may lead to a service with its own privacy practices. This policy covers Dune Strategy’s website and inquiry handling. It does not control third-party websites.
We may revise this policy when website functions or information practices change. The version published on this page describes the current website.
